Timelex is a boutique law firm, based in Brussels and specialised in telecom, IT/IP, media and e-business.
The firm offers strategic and operational legal support in the creation, management and exploitation of information and technology, in all of its diverse forms.

Role in the project
Timelex is the legal and ethical advisor of the project. It ensures that the project’s activities and results comply with ethical standards and legal frameworks, drafts legal documents and establishes GDPR-compliant data processing policies and procedures. Also, Timelex develops ethical AI development guidelines and trustworthiness criteria and metrics in compliance with the AI Act and delivers training sessions for AI developers on the requirements for high-risk AI systems.
