Brief biography of partner
The Hellenic Cancer Federation (ELLOK) is the voice of cancer patients in Greece, serving as a nationwide organization that unites and represents associations and organizations working in the field of cancer prevention and treatment. With a vision to fully support patients and their families, as well as to ensure access to quality healthcare services for all, ELLOK strives to raise awareness in society, promote research and advocate for access to innovative therapies.
Role in the project
In close collaboration with the other patient advocacy organisations in DISARM, ELOOK provides strong patient representation, leading the co-design and end-user requirements activities and embarking on a strong citizen awareness campaign. They actively participate in several other activities of the project ensuring continuous consideration of patients’ perspectives.
